Reiki the art of healing.  Is a way channelling energy to the patient, the energy goes to wherever it is needed. For example if the practitioner is working around your head and shoulders, but you have a back problem the Reiki will go to your backMost people experience a floating sensation, warmth and see colours. All feel very relaxed, and chilled out. It is a wonderful way to de-stress  or receive healing.
